NEW BEDFORD — Increasing access to quality free/affordable early education and childcare, creating gender, racial and ethnic equality in employment and expanding living-wage focused education are among the key recommendations by the Task Force on Pathways for Women to a Living Wage released Thursday morning at the Women's Fund of Southeastern Mass. annual leadership breakfast.
